The low points of the two proposed storage ponds are: <br />coincidentwith the building walls. This scheme <br />exhibits a high potential for foundation problems. <br />2. The side slopes of thefront pond are in some incidents <br />excessive. As a general rule of thumb, the maximum <br />slope allowable should be 1 to 3. <br />... <br />3. No erosion control is indicated on the plans to the <br />inlets t._ the two proposed ponds. <br />
