The property consists of a 29,412 square <br />foot building of decorative masonry block construction, <br />built in 1978, situated on 2.45 acres of land. This <br />property is currently zoned I-2, Industrial, and has been <br />utilized as a multi -tenant office/warehouse building for the <br />past eleven years. <br />The building is divided into three tenant spaces of 6,290, <br />6,610 and 16,512 square feet, respectively. The building <br />has a clear ceiling height of 20' in the warehouse areas. <br />Sixty-one (61) parking stalls are provided on the property, <br />located as depicted on the enclosed Existing Site Plan.
