This includes <br />a 16-1/2 foot wade cement section servicing the original two <br />stalls and a 10 foot wide cement section servicing a stall added <br />in 1979 and both separated by a 5 foot wide divider filled with <br />O_lass 5. The third stall with a patio on top was added in 1979 <br />mainly to repair a crumbling cement block garage wall caused by a <br />poor footer and clay backfill by the contractor during build of <br />the house. The idriveway is too short (less than two car lengths) <br />to allow access to all 3 stalls if the street end is narrowed. <br />THE WIDTH PROBLEM WAS OVERLOOKED IN THE BUILDING PERMIT <br />APPLICATION SUBMITTED IN 1979. <br />11.
