REQUEST FOR MINOR VARIANCEE <br />li <br />The existing concrete driveway for Lot 12, Block 1 of <br />Rose Park Plat (2666 No Sheldon St:) is closer than 5 ft. to <br />the side lot line for approximately 20 ft. of its length, as <br />shown on the attached sketch. The side lot lines for this <br />lot are not parallel, but radiate from the street curve <br />radius point. The driveway extends to the street in line <br />with the structure, thereby gradually becoming closer to <br />the side lot line as it approaches the street. The driveway <br />has been in its present location for about 22 years.
