REQUEST FOR MINOR VARIANCE <br />The existing con crete driveway for Lot 12p Block I of <br />Rose Park Plat (2666 No Shel don St:) is closer than 5 ft. to <br />the side lot line for approximately 20 ft. of its lengthy as <br />shown on the attached sketch. The side lot lines for this <br />lot are not parallelp but radiate from the street curve <br />radius point. The driveway extends to the street in line <br />with the strUCturey thereby graduzilly becoming closer to <br />the side lot line as it approaches the street. The driveway <br />has been in its present location for about 22 years. The <br />driveway can remain as is by obtaining a "minor variance" t o <br />the code side yard set -back requirement of 5 ft. fc; r which <br />an application is now being made. <br />This is to certify that I/we have reviewed this <br />i n f ormat i on and have no objection to the "minor variance" <br />being requested by the applicant. <br />Name <br />Address <br />Date <br />
