A land division might be appropriate subject to the following conditions: <br />a) All buildings on the site will be removed as proposed prior to the <br />sale of either of the lots. <br />b) The 10. feet of dedication will be provided for Dale Street as <br />proposed in the plat. <br />d) The northerly lot is reduced to 80 feet and the southerly lot <br />increased to 90 feet. <br />7. The latter suggestion should relate to a discussion with the applicants at <br />the public hearings. There may be some reason why the land is <br />proposed to be divided into two equal tracts. It would seem, however, <br />that the southerly corner lot would be far more buildable if it were <br />slightly larger than the interior lot to the north. <br />
