NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, May 4, 1988 at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose of <br />considering the following request: <br />Roseville Properties request for a rezoning from I-1 to B-4 and <br />special use permit for site plan approval at 1955 West County <br />Road B-2. (The applicant proposes to convert a portion of the <br />existing building from office/warehouse to service/retail). <br />The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, <br />May 9, 1988 at City Hall at 7:30 p.m. to consider this request. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />The West 287.00 feet of the East 322.00 feet lying north of the <br />South 576.91 feet of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest <br />quarter of Section 9, Township 29, Range 23. <br />9-1'James F.
