CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND 16.040, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY FROM LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (I-1) TO RETAIL OFFICE <br />SERVICE DISTRICT (B-4). <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the <br />property owner filed an application with the City Manager in the <br />form of a written request rezone from Light Industrial <br />District (I-1) to Retail Office Service District (B-4), certain <br />real property hereinafter described lying and being in the City <br />of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred the same <br />to the Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice held a <br />public hearing on said matter on the day of , 1988, <br />and made its recommendation to the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a <br />public hearing on said matter on the 9th day of May, 1988, at its <br />regular meeting; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID :TEARING AND THE ABOVE <br />PROCEDURE: <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />does hereby ordain.- <br />
