REQUEST ^OR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 5-9-88 <br />ITEM NO.: a - <br />Department A proval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Hearings <br />Item Description: Roseville Properties request for a rezoning <br />from I-1 to B-4 and approval of a Special Use <br />Permit for site plan approval at 1955 West <br />County Road B-2. <br />The Roseville Planning Commission at its May 4, 1988 meeting <br />unanimously recommended approval of the rezoning from I-1 to B-4 and <br />special use permit at 1955 West County Road B-2 with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That there be no landscaping or signs placed on or over <br />roadway easement areas. <br />2. That additional curbing be provided on the south side of the <br />parking lot east of the driveway from County Road B-2. <br />3. That a 6 foot non -motorized pathway easement be provided <br />along County Road B-2 and along Prior Avenue in the portion <br />of the site being rezoned. <br />4.
