The Snelling <br />Avenue Frontage Road, running from southeast to northwest, <br />defines the northern boundary of the PUD site. <br />The existing tc,pography is relatively level across the site <br />although there is a predominant drainage pattern from the <br />southwest corner northeast to an existing drainage easement. <br />There is no significant vegetation on the site. Preliminary <br />soil borings have been taken in some areas of the site and <br />indicate that the site is suitable for new building <br />development. <br />
