• <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />DATE: 4-11-88 <br />ITEM NO.: <br />Department roval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Hearings <br />v <br />Item Description: Fine Associates/Investors Savings Bank request <br />for a special use permit, PUD plan amendment, <br />and lot division at 2690 Snelling Avenue <br />North. <br />The Roseville Planning Commission at it's April 6, 1988 meeting on a <br />6-0-1 vote with Commission Stokes abstaining on the basis of a <br />possible conflict recommended approval of the special use permit, <br />PUD plan amendment, and lot division with the following conditions: <br />1. That the final signage plan be worked out with staff. <br />2. That the third stage of redevelopment be completed as a plat. <br />3. That the development proceeds as per the plans submitted to <br />the Planning Commission on April 6, 1988. <br />4. That drainage, landscaping, and engineering details be <br />subject to final staff approval. <br />5.
