FOR MORE INFORMATION <br />CALL CRAIG WALDRON <br />AT 490-2232. <br />-raig Waldron, City of Roseville, is pleased to announce the City <br />Council has approved Elder Homestead's request to construct a 68 <br />unit senior facility on Lake Owasso. Elder Homestead is designed <br />to provide a non -institutional long care <br />program for the frail <br />elderly. The development is specifically <br />designed to present a <br />country homestead appearance versus the <br />standard institutional <br />type of facility. The development will be comprised of 68 units <br />that essentially include four independent <br />living areas clustered <br />around a general parlour area. <br />Craig Waldron stated that the City Council <br />was very supportive of <br />this type of development. The Council <br />has made alternative <br />housing a priority for seniors. This <br />development offers an <br />excellent housing alternative to a nursing <br />home. <br />
