DEVELOPERS <br />The project will be developed by a joint venture partnership <br />of Liberty Real Estate Corporation (a Pubsidiary of Liberty <br />Mutual Insurance) and the three individuals listed below: <br />Stanford Shuster <br />Stanford Shuster, President and Chief Executive officer <br />of Arthur Shuster, Inc., is responsible for expanding the <br />Company from a state-wide firm to the country's largest <br />interior design and contract furnishings company special- <br />izing in long-term care Under his leadership, Arthur <br />Shuster, Inc. has furnished over 1,500 such facilities <br />nationwide. Mr. Shuster's current activities are centered <br />in marketing and new business development. <br />Prior to becoming a full-time employee of Arthur Shuster, <br />Inc. in 1962, Stan worked part time selling, delivering and <br />installing projects while majoring in humanities at the <br />University of Minnesota. <br />Stan is a member of the American Association of Homes for <br />the Aging, the Urban Land Institute and a founding member <br />and currently a Vice President and board member of the <br />National Association of Senior Living Industries. He <br />speaks at many national seminars such as the National <br />Association of Homes for the Aging Convention, Ernst & <br />Ernst & Whinney's and Laventhol & Horwath National Con- <br />vention, The National Association of Senior Living In- <br />dustries National Convention, The American Lutheran National <br />Gathering and others too numerous to mention. <br />Stan Shuster was the 1987 recipient of the National Asso- <br />ciation of Senior Living Industries Chairman's Cup for out- <br />standing service to the enhancement of life quality for <br />older Americans. <br />
