Contact has been made with the City of Roseville, Parks and -_
Recreation Department regarding the plan and its effect on
the park land to the south of the subject propety. No ob-
jections were expressed to the plan and support for the plan
as drawn was indicated. Also, the DNR has been contacted
regarding the project and they expressed no concerns with
any of the development plans. A copy of plans attached to
this report will be filed with the DNR for their further re-
view and records.
The existing sewer line runs along the west side of the pro-
perty. Because of this, it has been very difficult to locate
the new building on the property in such a manner as to pro-
vide a well conceived and functional project. In order to
provide adequate space in the front of the building for park-
ing, drop-off spaces and green space,-: is necessary to move
the existing sanitary sewer line from the back of the property
to the front (along Victoria Street). The expenses related to
this relocation of the sewer line will be the responsibility
of the developers.
