E <br />• <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 266E Civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, March 2, at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose of <br />considering the following request: <br />Target Stores request for variances at 1515 County Road B. <br />Target Stores wish to remodel and construct a 10,000 square foot <br />addition on the southeast corner of the store. The proposal will <br />require a building setback variance of 86 feet, a parking setback <br />variance of 14 feet, and screen wall height variance of 4 feet. <br />The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, <br />March 14, 1988, at City Hall at 7:30 p.m., to consider this <br />request. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />All that part of Tracts "F", "H" and "J", Registered Land Survey <br />No. 86, on file in the office of the Registrar of Titles within <br />and for said County, lying east of a line running north parallel <br />to the westerly lines of said Tract "J" and northerly extensions <br />thereof from a point on the southerly line of said Tract "J" <br />distant 80 feet east of that southwesterly corner of said Tract <br />"J" which is on the south line of section 10, T29, R23 to a point <br />distant 17 feet south of the north line of said Tract "F" and <br />lying south of the north 17 feet of said Tract "F", and lying <br />north of a line running west at an angle of 90 degrees 04' to the <br />east line of said Tract "J" (measured form north to west) from a <br />point on said east line distant 76.33 feet south of the <br />northeast corner of said Tract "J"; except the east 33 feet of <br />said Tract "H" parcel 2: All that part of Tract "J", Registered <br />Land Survey No. 86, on file in the office of the Registrar of <br />Titles within and for said County, lying east of a line running <br />north parallel to the westerly lines of said Tract "J" and <br />northerly extensions thereof from a point on the southerly line <br />of said Tract "J" distant 80 feet east of that southwesterly <br />corner of said Tract "J" which is on the south line of Section <br />10, Tract 29, Range 23 to the north line of said Tract "J" and <br />lying south of a line running west at an angle of 90 degrees 04' <br />to the east line of said Tract "J" (measured from north to west) <br />from a point on said east line distant 76.33 fee.: south of the <br />northeast corner of said Tract "J", except the east 264 feet <br />thereof and subject to County Road "B".
