E • NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 266E Civic Center Drive, on Wednesday, March 2, at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose of considering the following request: Target Stores request for variances at 1515 County Road B. Target Stores wish to remodel and construct a 10,000 square foot addition on the southeast corner of the store. The proposal will require a building setback variance of 86 feet, a parking setback variance of 14 feet, and screen wall height variance of 4 feet. The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, March 14, 1988, at City Hall at 7:30 p.m., to consider this request.
