It may be a <br />matter of judgment as to <br />whether this <br />distance should be 6 feet or <br />less. In any case, it may <br />be appropriate <br />to attach a condition to the <br />variance as follows: <br />a) The sign is limited to <br />8 feet by 12 <br />feet in area (as proposed). <br />b) The height is limited <br />to 25 feet (as <br />proposed). <br />c) The number of pylons <br />to serve this <br />site is restricted to one., <br />7.
