The rezoning <br />should <br />be noted as reflected in the preliminary plat drawing, which, for <br />adoption purposes, will have to be described as individual parcels. A <br />Special <br />Use Permit for the Planned Unit Development could include such <br />conditions <br />as: <br />a) <br />The development is built in accordance with the plan as <br />submitted and dated 12/31/87. <br />b) <br />Curbing for all access drives and parking areas is provided. <br />c) <br />Emergency vehicle access is provided as proposed on the east side <br />of the site. <br />d) <br />Appropriate easement is provided for all utilities. <br />e) <br />Final engineering and landscape details are subject to staff <br />approval. <br />
