Innsbruck <br />Columbia heights, MN 55421 <br />Attn: Mr. and Mrs. Brannon <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Brannon: <br />The Roseville City Council, at its February 9, 1988 meeting, <br />approved your request for a lot division rezoning from R-6 to B-1 <br />and special use permit for parking at 1725 Dellwood Avenue, with <br />the following conditions: <br />1. That the parking area be built in accordance with the <br />plan submitted. <br />2. That a ponding easement be dedicated below elevation <br />919.7 on the Coverdale parcel. <br />3. That final landscape and engineering plans will be <br />subject to staff approval. <br />4. That a maintenance agreement be executed by Brannon and <br />Coverdale allowing Brannon to maintain the 25 foot <br />strip. <br />Please contact Gordon Beseth in our Community Development <br />Department to obtain a building permit.
