Gerald Kaufhold, Case No. 1815 Page 2
b) The use of the older portion of the existing school
only (8,600 square feet).
c) The construction of a new Rose Gallery building
(6,000 square feet).
d) The remainder of land to be used for park purposes
(2.82 acres).
4. Attached is a series of three drawings illustrating the
proposed development of the land, platting of the
property, and a landscape plan. Also attached is a
statement from Mr. Kaufhold outlining his proposal for
development and the sale of a portion of the land to the
City for park purposes.
5. Land area and building
size criteria were included in the proposal. Mr. Kaufhold
submitted the 3.5 acre site as indicated on the attached
drawing for their consideration. Subsequent to that the
Post Office people selected this site as it best suits
their needs. Though we requested from them the other
options that were considered, they do not as a policy
disclose this information.
7. We have attempted to give you more
Post Office regarding the details
development, anticipated traffic,
of truck deliveries and pick-ups,
information from the
of the proposed
the timing and frequency
and other data that
