Seltz request for division of lot at 210 and <br />220 Woodlynn Avenue. <br />The Roseville Planning Commission, at its December 2, 1987 meeting, on a <br />four to two vote, recommended that the Seltz request for division of lot <br />at 210 and 220 Woodlynn Avenue be tabled. <br />As part of the tabling, the Planning Commission is formally recommending <br />that the Park Board and City Council reconsider the purchase of this <br />property for parkland use. <br />rrovi n11CI V r3fne i C9AIi nnt- to purchase <br />this property. Seltz request for <br />division of lot at 210 and 220 Woodlynn Avenue, pending reconsideration <br />of the Park Board and City Council decision not to purchase this area for <br />parkland. (If tabling motion approved, the next possible date for Council <br />consideration is January 11, 1988.) <br />
