Based on the fact that the rear <br />side of the yard dips 27-1/2 inches from the top of the sidewalk, an <br />increase in the fence height is being requested. <br />This item will be under consideration by the Minor Variance Committee on <br />Monday, October 12, 1987. Therefore, the final items will be brought to <br />the Council that evening. <br />
