Item Descfiption: George Lanz request for minor variance at 1432 <br />Talisman Curve. <br />The Minor Variance Committee convened October 12, 1987, and unanimously <br />recommended approval of the George Lanz request for minor variance at <br />1432 Talisman Curve. <br />Mr. Lanz wants to build a 6-1/2 foot fence. Current requirement is 4 <br />feet. Based on the contour of the yard, the fence would actually be <br />approximately 4 feet high. <br />All neighbors supported the project. <br />The hardship was defined as the contour of the road, the industrial <br />across the street, and the traffic on County Road C. <br />Requirement: 4' <br />Proposed: 6-1/2' <br />Variance: 2-1/2' <br />Variance: 630 <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying George Lanz's request for minor variance at <br />1432 Talisman Curve. <br />
