NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on Wednesday, August 5, 1987, at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose of considering the following request: Burger King Corporation request for variances at 2151 N. Snelling Avenue. Burger King is requesting parking and setback variances to add a greenhouse on its building. The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, August 10, 1987, at City Hall at 7:30 p.m. to consider this request. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: That part of the Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 16, Township 29 North, Range 23 West, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the southerly right-of-way line of County Road B and the westerly right-of-way line of the frontage road lying, immediately to the West of Snelling Avenue, thence westerly along the southerly right-of-way line of County Road B 287.58 feet,, thence southerly 70 feet along a line running parallel to the westerly right-of-way line of said frontage road to Snelling Avenue, thence easterly 87.58 feet along a line running parallel to the southerly right-of-way line of County Road B, thence southerly 90 feet along a line running parallel to the westerly right-of-way line of said frontage road to Snelling Avenue, thence easterly along a line running parallel to the southerly right-of-way line of County Road B 200 feet more or less to the westerly right-of-way line of said frontage road to Snelling Avenue, and thence northerly ai,ong said westerly right- of-way line of said frontage road approximately 160 feet to the point of beginning. re, City Manager PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOU OR YOUR REPRESENTATIVE ATTEND THESE MEETINGS. 0
