There ltsignificant <br />areasvofethelsite andthe <br />indicate <br />Preliminary soil borings have been taken insome <br />that the site is suitable for new building development. <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />The proposed master plan concept consists thf four ree-story storyp Ba k/Offa cenBuilding Randi a <br />Building, a two-story Office Building, a <br />112-unit Extended Stay Hotel. The building massing on the site creates a focal <br />point at the intersection. The two multi -story buildings at the center of the <br />site step down to the one-story Retail Building to the north and to the two- <br />story Hotel units on the east. <br />The intense development of the site is relSta1eringy thelthreenge in story Bank/Office <br />nd <br />building scale throughout the site. 99e <br />Building from the two-story Office Building opens up the corner of the site <br />providing views of the entire development. While refinement to the buildings <br />i, and site layout may be made during the course <br />of the thedevelopment, <br />pland, and createoal oa <br />the master plan is to make efficient <br />development that has a unified appearance. <br />BUILDING AND <br />PARKING SETBACKS <br />The proposed location of the building and parking areas throughout the develop- <br />ment meet or exceed the minimum requirements established t bbuilding an ele spark <br />ing setbacks under the proposed zoning.
