The concept landscape plan proposes a variety of plant <br />'. materials including over -story trees, ornamental trees, evergreen trees and <br />shrub massings. The intent of the concept landscape plan is to indicate a <br />level of quality and types of plant materials only and not to provide a speci- <br />fic planting plan. <br />GRADING, DRAINAGE AND UTILITIES <br />The <br />site will be served by storm sewer, <br />water and <br />sanitary <br />sewer improvements <br />connecting to existing city utilities and <br />designed <br />to conform <br />to city engineer- <br />ing standards. <br />The site drainage design, subject to City <br />and Watershed District <br />approval, will <br />limit runoff from the site to previously <br />ments south of the frontage road will be <br />approved <br />increased <br />amounts. <br />from 0.25 <br />Ponding require- <br />acre-feet to 0.51 <br />acre-feet.
