As the result of the discussion, the Council <br />directed that I relay to you their thoughts on the division. <br />The primary concern of the Council was that the <br />of <br />abutting the property will not be vacated. They felt othat nalthoughent thestreet right- <br />of-way will probably never be used as a street, it might ver <br />employed as veh:a <br />.cular access to the g Y possibly be <br />foot setback on Mr. Yackel's easterly lot lineumay tcreate futurehis in factCcurproblems. <br />The Council therefore felt that division on the basis of two lots with equal <br />frontage and granting of a ten foot variance on the easterly lot line of the <br />new lot would be more appropriate. <br />The Council directed that I request your input on the suggested <br />frontage division.
