The Council <br />reviewed a memo from Planner Howard Dahlgren relative to the division of <br />the property into two lots with equal frontage. As you know, the Council <br />unanimously approved the division of property into lots with frontages of <br />85 feet and 85.95 feet. As part of the action, the Council also approved <br />a ten foot sideyard setback variance on the easterly lot. This will allow <br />construction of a house twenty feet from the lot's easterly prpperty line. <br />As you are aware, this Council action was conditioned upon submission <br />of a $550 park contribution. This amount must be submi of the division with the County, and prior to buildin tted prior to your filing <br />newly created lot. g permit issuance on the <br />In addition to the foregoing, and as a normal course, we have researched <br />the assessment history on the property. In so researching, we discovered that <br />the water assessment was only based on a standard sized lot with 100 feet of <br />frontage.
