The initially presented plan called <br />for two units to be located on the east and west side of the north/south wings. Because <br />of the new requirements to have relocatables treated as permanent additions, they must <br />now be connected by a corridor to the permanent building that meets all fire codes and <br />is also heated, lighted and ventilated. By grouping the four units on the southwest side <br />of the building, we can limit our corridor costs to an architectural estimate of some <br />$74,000. <br />We respectfully request approval from the City of Roseville to relocate the buildings <br />in accordance with the plans left with you.
