Cleveland Avenue <br />Our shop is located in a R.1 zoned area, governed by Non - <br />Conforming Law dated 1959. This property has been used as a <br />custom cabinet company since approximately 1945, first by <br />Mr. -Don Charles from that year to March, 3975, and currently <br />by Matt Schreier and son, Jim, from March, 1975 to the <br />present date. <br />We have a garage on the property that was damaged by a <br />falling tree, which has since been removed. We hereby <br />request that the Council consider a variance to the Non - <br />Conforming Use in this special case by allowing us to repair <br />the existing structure by replacing it with a slightly <br />larger structure. <br />We realize that if granted, this petition would not change <br />the Non -Conforming Use that now governs us. <br />Respectfully, <br />CHARLES CABINET CO. <br />By Mathew R.
