Lot 4, Block 2 Midway Acres is a large triangular lot that <br />has 560 feet of frontage on South ©leek Lane extending the <br />length of the five lots located on the south side of the <br />street. <br />We propose to divide this lot to create a new lot on the <br />east end for the construction of a private residence of a <br />size and quality consistent with the other homes on ®luek <br />Lane. <br />The new lot will be a triangle extending westerly 290 feet <br />along South Oluek Lane and north approximately 180 feet on <br />its west side. <br />County ditch no. 4 has been converted to a 33 inch storm <br />sewer subsequent to the original plotting of Midway Acres and <br />is completely covered adjacent to this property, having two <br />catch basins to collect surface water. <br />
