The proposal is to sell the land to the Breckenridge Development <br />Corporation who propose to add an extension to the building and <br />redevelop the property for a Chrysler automobile dealership. As you <br />know, the City has encouraged over a period of time the concentration <br />of such automobile dealerships in the immediate area which Include such <br />users as Kline Olds, Rosedale Chev, Volvo, etc. <br />4. The property is zoned B-3 and an automobile agency is a Special Use <br />In the B-3 District. Thus, the applicant is applying for a Special Use <br />Permit for approval of a Special Use Permit to establish the automobile <br />agency on the site. <br />5. Attached are copies of development plans <br />Though have <br />submitted by the applicant. <br />we discussed the development <br />we have <br />proposal with the applicant, <br />not seen the final development plans prior to their submission. <br />In general, the development appears <br />to be <br />within the regulations.
