REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 6/08/87 <br />ITEM NO.:I <br />Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Hearings <br />Item Description: Breckenridge Development Company request for Special <br />Use Permit at 2775 Long Lake Road. <br />The Roseville Planning Commission, at its June 3, 1987 meeting, unani- <br />mously recommended approval of the Breckenridge Development Company's <br />request for Special Use Permit at 2775 Long Lake Road, with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the sidewalk be constructed along the frontage of Long Lake <br />Road. <br />2. That engineering and landscape plans be approved by staff. <br />3. That the building materials be adjusted as may be mutually agreed <br />upon by staff, but with a minimum of tip up panels with exposed <br />aggregate. <br />4. That the rear area not be used for any storage, unless paved and <br />curbed. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Breckenridge Development Company's request <br />for Special Use Permit at 2775 Long Lake Road with the aforementioned <br />conditions, if so desired. <br />
