That the sidewalk be constructed along the frontage of Long <br />Lake Road. <br />2. That engineering and landscape plans be approved by staff. <br />3. That the building materials be ad4usted as may be mutually <br />agreed upon by staff, but with a minimum of tip up panels <br />with exposed aggregate. <br />4.
