Snelling Avenue, <br />Location: 2100 North Snelling Avenue, Roseville. <br />President <br />"Roseville, MN 55113 <br />Purpose: Approval of "after -the -fact" Final Site Drainage Plan for construction <br />of a 2.5-acre building addition at existing Har Mar Mall site, 59+ acres. <br />At their meeting on _ May 25 1988 , the Board of Managers of the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District reviewed your, pe-t appi cat on and the reoomwndation of the District Engineer <br />based upon the following exhibits: <br />1. Peni'L. Applt-ation dated May 6, 1988. <br />2. Grading and Drainage Plan, prepared by Sunde Engineering,Inc., last revised April 28, 1988. <br />3. Fetter to F:AH from Gerald Sunde, dated May 17, 1988. <br />They fowid the project as planned to be ir accordance with the files & Regulations and Guide- <br />lines of the District and therefore approved the permit as requested, with the following ad- <br />ditional stipulations: No additional stipulations. <br />It is the responsibility of the Permittee to provide all measures necessary to positively <br />contain sediment on the site during construction. ThI nags require the use of erosion <br />control measures not outlined on the erosion control plan. If this requirement is not met, <br />the Pemd-ttee my be ordered to provide additional erosion control measures if deed neces- <br />wry Ly the District Inspector. It is also the responsibility of the property owner to pro- <br />vide whatever maintenance is necessary to assure that the stormuater management system ap- <br />proved as part of this petn dt will continue to function as originally designed. <br />A foliowup inspection will be conducted at the project site to assure coirpliance with all <br />agreemanL a, tenre and/or stipulations to this Permit. Failure to conply with the foregoing <br />may result in rescission of the Permit, and is in violation of tempter 112.89 MSA, a mis- <br />demeanor. <br />This docment iB not transferable, and is valid for one (1) year after the cite of issuance. <br />No construction is authorized beyond expiration date. If Permittee requires more time txa <br />omplete construction, a renewal of the Permit will be necessary. <br />Please contact us at 483-0634 when the project is about to camnence so an inspector my view <br />the work in progress. Permittee has paid for 2 inspections: ,one at project carnencemE:nt and <br />one at canplet:ion. Any additional inspection requested or required will be billed at $15/'visit. <br />�r acceptance of this permit,the permittee has consented to the foregoing.
