That 'handicapped ramps be installed between proposed and <br />existing handicapped parking spaces nearest to the nearest <br />Mall entrance. <br />2. That sidewalks be constructed on Snelling and County Road B. <br />3. That periphery of parking areas, drives, and islands be <br />curbed. <br />4. That staff approve drainage and enginnering plans. <br />5. That staff approve final <br />landscape <br />addressplans, <br />improvementincludes in <br />neighborhood review which <br />existing screening and pedestrian access areas. <br />6. That pedestrian access areas be hard surfaced. <br />7. That 9.5' of additional right-of-way be dedicated for County <br />Road B. <br />S.
