Har Mar is <br />requesting a six month extension, based on the fact that it took longer <br />than expected to secure the leases with Highland and T. J. Maxx: The <br />construction financing is contingent upon having the signed leases. <br />A letter from Har Mar is attached, requesting the six month extension. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying six month extension of Har Mar Special Use <br />Permit and variances at 2100 North Snelling Avenue. <br />
