Members of the
City Council agreed that there should be better upkeep of
the strip along Ryan Avenue, and the Rugsian olive trees
shOuld be replaced with trees that would stay green thrOugh
the winter. We were reassured that the new addition NoUld
not Offend aesthetically because care would be given to new
plantings..
Sad to say, nothing has been done along Ryan Avenue, There
are no new plantings, there are stumps of dead trees. This
, spring there was a wondrOus crop of dandelions about which
.nothin was done. In fact, the strip was not mowed Until the
blossoms were blown throUghout the neighborhood"
/ I would hope that there are some concrete plans for
improvement as was originally agreed upon by the management,
and ovCluld appreciate some response.
YOUrs truly.
Audrey CoLOter
1971 Simpson Street
Roseville , MN 55113
cc Mayor and City Council
