- -2- <br />;,.�� Page <br />and completely seeded it. <br />The second issue deals with the trash from our new <br />tenant, America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses. Mrs. <br />Hofineister is correct in saying that this tenant does not <br />use the mall compactor. This is because they are a "ser- <br />vice" type store and therefore does not generate very <br />much trash. When they first opened in March, they were <br />leaving their bags out their back door for their janitors <br />to pick up and take away. Mrs. Hofineister, in fact, called <br />me about it. I assured her we do not allow this, and had <br />already talked to the store manager about this after our <br />Mall personnel reported it to me. The manager has been <br />cooperative, and is now leaving the bags inside the store <br />until the cleaning people are ready to leave.
