Morgan request for division of lot at 2265 <br />Marion Road. <br />The Roseville Planning Commission, at its May 6, 1987, meeting unanimously <br />recommended approval of the Paul L. Morgan request for division of lot <br />at 2265 Marion Road with the following conditions: <br />1. That the $324 assessment be paid. <br />2. That the Engineering Department prepare a drainage plan that must <br />be approved before the building can be constructed on the new lot. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Paul L. Morgan's request for division of lot <br />at 2265 Marion Road with the aforementioned conditions, if so desired. <br />
