• <br />• <br />To: City of Roseville <br />01/23/87 <br />I am applying for a shore line review of the Northeasterly <br />eighty five ( 85 ) feet of lot four ( 4 ) A.K. Barnum- s Garden <br />Lots. I intend to build a single family home and have <br />provided both site plans and elevation drawings. I have <br />indicated on the site plan the location of the trees on -the <br />lot and marked in red the trees that will be removed in order <br />to build the home. Also you will note on the site plan that <br />there is drainage easement along the westerly side of the lot <br />to insure that proper water drainage is maintained.
