0 <br />December 17, 1986 <br />Dear Council Members and Planning Commission: <br />The home at 1835 N. Chatsworth St. was built before the <br />incorporation of city of Roseville in 1948, and pursuant <br />to establishment of current building codes. I bought this <br />existing home in 1964 on lot size 94.4' by 133.5'. In <br />1974 I purchased the adjoining lot size 71' by 133.5' which <br />was the remainder of lot 1, block 1, of Ed Bossard Addition Plat 1, <br />which wAs to be used as a recreation area for our children. <br />At a later date, I combined both lots, for the purpose of paying <br />taxes for one, instead of two separate lots. <br />This area useage is no longer necessary, I am now in the process <br />of selling this property, and would like this property to revert <br />back to original status as I bought it. <br />Res ectfully submitted, <br />Robert D .
