4 <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 12/08/86 <br />ITEM NO.: <br />Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />W1'::t Hearings <br />Item Description: Con -Spec Corporation request for Special Use Permit <br />and Variance at 171 Center Street. <br />The Roseville Planning Commission, at its December 3, 1986, meeting, <br />unanimously recommended approval of the Con -Spec Corporation request for <br />Special Use Perr,,it and variance at 171 Center Street. This development <br />was previously approved by the City Council in its entirety. However, <br />the developer did not construct the development within the required six <br />month time period; therefore, the variance and Special Use 'ermit have <br />expired. In effect, this is simply a reapproval of the previous plan. <br />The Planning Commission attached the following conditions: <br />1. That landscaping and engineering plans are subject to staff approval. <br />2. That cross easements for road use and maintenance be prepared. <br />3. That there be separate utilities for each dwelling unit. <br />4. That concrete curb and gutter are constructed for all. di".,veways and <br />parking areas. <br />5. That final development and building plans are in accordance with the <br />plans submitted with the Planned Unit Development. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Con -Spec Corporation request for Special Use <br />Permit and Variance at 171 Center Street with the aforementioned <br />conditions if so desired. <br />
