REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 11/10/86 <br />ITEM NO.: 6 0_� <br />, S <br />Department Approval: <br />Manager Reviewed: <br />z5l�� <br />Agenda Section: <br />Hearings <br />Item Description: Carmen Dorso request for Special Use Permit at 2814 <br />North Cleveland Avenue. <br />The City Council, at its October 13, 1986 meeting, continued the Carmen <br />Dorso request for Special Use Permit at 2814 North Cleveland Avenue to <br />the November 10, 1986 Council meeting. <br />It was requested that staff would work with the Dorso's to reach some <br />type of agreement regarding the illegal storage of the Keystone bumpers <br />on the site. Staff has been working with the Dorso's to reach an agree- <br />ment. At this point in time, a number of necessary details are still <br />outstanding; thus, the Dorso's are requesting another continuance until <br />the November 24, 1986 Council meeting. A letter is attached depicting <br />the Dorso's request. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying continuance of the Carmen Dorso request for <br />Special Use Permit at 2814 North Cleveland Avenue until the November <br />24, 1986 Council meeting. <br />
