REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 10/13/86 <br />ITEM NO.:�- <br />Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />WLI9 Hearings <br />v <br />Item Description: Group W Cable request for Special Use Permit at <br />934 Woodhill Drive. <br />The Roseville Planning Commission, at its October 11 1986 meeting, voted <br />f1ve to one to recommend approval of the Group W Cable request for <br />Special Use Permit at 934 Woodhill Drive. The following conditions were <br />attached: <br />1. That drainage and landscape plans be approved by staff. <br />2. Poured in place concrete curb is required. <br />3. That "Right Turn Only" signs be placed at each driveway. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Group W Cable's request for Special Use Permit <br />at 934 Woodhill Drive, with the aforementioned conditions if so desired. <br />
