That the frontage width of the new lot be 32 feet, with an <br />easement granted to the City. <br />2. That Mr. Lewis agree to pay all utility assessment costs. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying the Robert Lewis request for lot split at <br />2176 West Highway 36 with the above conditions, if so desired. <br />
