The existing temporary greenhouses are <br />plastic. <br />6. The new greenhouses, to be constructed in the Phase Two, will be done <br />with insulated plastic and will likely enhance the appearance of the <br />westerly portion of the site nearest Long Lake Road. The reduced <br />drawings are somewhat hard to read at that scale, but large scale <br />drawings will be presented at the Planning Commission and Council <br />hearings. It will be helpful if members of the Planning Commission and <br />Council could look at the site. Many of you are already familiar with <br />the area. <br />7. One of the results that we think is important is that the south <br />elevation of all of the structures will either be new or reconditioned, <br />thus, the impact on contiguous properties and those to the south should <br />be enhanced by the improvements proposed. <br />
