KENNEY ADDITION, 511 Heinel Drive <br />Structure <br />The proposal is for addition of a screened (only) porch <br />to be added on the North side of the existing house. The <br />porch proper will be in the shape of an irregular Pentagon <br />enclosing 184 square feet and will be elevated to the ue <br />living level of the walkout -basement house, and will have r <br />access to the house via a new patio door and to the deck <br />via a screen door. Ground fault -protected outlets will <br />installed inside the porch proper. be <br />The roof line for the patio will start at the existin <br />ridge -pole of the house and continue in a straight line g <br />ending in a one foot overhanging eave on the new porch. <br />Slope is 2.5 in 12. The railing will effectively tie together the <br />new and older parts of the home. <br />Environment <br />The original house was built in 1972-3 on Lake Owasso <br />lakeshore, approximately 25-27 feet from high water per <br />va <br />and city approved plans. The addition will not reduce theriance <br />nearest approach to lakeshore, and because of large existin <br />trees, it will be almost invisible from the lake side. g <br />The addition would be theoretically visible only from <br />the properties of O.L.
