The existing house <br />will effectively block sight of the new addition from homes <br />of all other adjacent properties, including those of R. Kotosky, <br />505 Heinel, N. Rizzo, 513 Heinel, and M. Carlson, 515 Heinel. <br />The addition will significantly improve the aesthetics <br />of the house in that it will break up an otherwise unbroken, <br />severe 55 ft. straight stretch of wall and relieve the "boxy" <br />appearance of the structure on the side of the house visible <br />from the lake access easement and the Kath home. <br />No existing -trees will be removed in connection with <br />this construction. <br />Cost and Schedule <br />Construction will be completed by 15 August at an , <br />estimated cost of approximately $21,000. <br />
