The letter states that flasher signals at this crossiDg are not <br />justified because of the very light train traffic on that line. <br /> <br />The townshi~ of Mounàsview notified our Council by letter of a meeting scheduled for <br />May 18, 1956 at 8:00 p.m. at the Moundsview Town Hall, with Ed. Mr. Carley has estimated the amount of <br />the bond to be $2100.00 for S:iJnpson Street from Transit to Snelling Curve and <br />$900.00 for Brooks Street from Simpson Street to Pascal Avenue. The owner has <br />made a cash deposit to the Village Clerk for Engineering. <br /> <br />Street Cons1 <br /> <br />A letter from Milner Carley stated the Village has an amount of $7,242.l0due <br />to Oscar Gottfried for the purchase of sand. Mr. Carley suggested that the <br />two piles of sand be fenced in immediately by the Village. <br />
