That part of the Southwest Quarter (SWh) of Section Eight (8), Township Twenty -Nine (29) North, Ranee Twenty -Three (23fi West, described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section Eight (8), Tbwnship Twenty -Nine (29) North, Range Twenty -Three (23) West; thence east on the north line of said Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section Eight (8) a distance of fifty-five (55) feet; thence south and parallel to the west line of said Hbuthwest Quat-ter (SW4) of Section Eight (8) a distance of two thousand twenty-nine and eighty-four hundredths (2,029.84) feet to the place of beginft mg of land to be described; thence deflect 141 degrees, 02 minutes to the left a distance of one thousand twenty-five and sixty-five hundredths (1,025.65) feet more or less to intersection with a line parallel to and seven hundred (700) feet east of the west line of said Southwest Quarter (SWI-4) of Section Eight (8) which line is the westerly line of Walnut Street; thence south along the westerly line of WalAtt Street to intersection with a line parallel to and seventy (70) feet northwesterly of the northwesterly right-of-way line of the Minnesota Transfer Railway Company's one hundred (100) foot right-of-way which line is the northwesterly line of Walnut Street; thence southwesterly along the northwesterly line of Walnut Street to intersection with a line which is parallel to and fifty-five (55) feet easterly of the west line of said Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section Eight (8) which line is the easterly line of Higherest Road; thence north along the easterly line of Highcrest Road to the place 6f beginning of land to be described; and, A strip of land seventeen (17) feet in width lying eight and five - tenths (8.5) feet on each side of the following described centerline: Beginning at the northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW34-) of Section Eight (8), Township 'IWenty-Nine (29) North, Range Twenty -Three (23) West; thence south on the west line of said Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section Eight (8) a distance of two thousand ninety-eight and twenty-three hundredths (2,098.23) feet; thence deflect 141 degrees, 02 minutes to the left a distance of five hundred forty-seven and ten hundredths (547.10) feet to the place of beginning of centerline of land to be described; thence northerly on a 12 degree, 30 minute curve to the left a distance of one hundred seventy-five and ninety-six hundredths (175.96) feet to a point which is three hundred seventy-seven and five -tenths (377.5) feet east of, measured at right angles to, the west line of said Southwest Quarter (S634,) of Section Eight (8); thence north and parallel to the west line of said Southwest Quarter (SW4,) of Section Eight-(8) a distance of nine hundred eight and thirty-two hundredths (908.32) feet and there terminating which point is five hundred ninety (590) feet south of the north line of said Southwest Quarter (SW)4,) of Section Eight (8).
